CANDLELIGHT GENTLE FLOW HIPS + HAMMIES

This class is designed to help warm you up and help open your hips and the backside of the legs. Hamstrings tend to be tight, especially when we spend a lot of time sitting. Engage your hips and hamstrings in this dynamic practice and create space in the lower body. This class will start with building some heat in the body, warming up our muscles, then will transition into a slow, gentle pace that will offer a deep opening for the muscles around the hips, lower back and legs. Its pace alone allows you to sink into a beautiful state of calm and allow you to release those tight muscles. Please arrive 15 min early and don’t forget your Mat and water!

HOT BOX FUSION 

This is an intense cardiovascular workout based on boxing fundamentals. Get ready to punch and kick your way into that toned body. O2 Boxfit will help you develop and maintain cardio- vascular endurance, core strength and agility in a fun and motivating environment using boxing basics. This a perfect outlet for daily stress and suitable for all levels. No partner needed..

HOT O2 HIIT

HIIT is high-intensity interval training. This is a cycle workout in which you give an all-out effort with quick bursts of intense exercise followed by short recovery periods. HIIT is all the craze because it works! These HIIT workouts build cardiovascular fitness while improving strength, building lean muscle and maximizing calorie burn. This is Oxygen’s take on HIIT so it will be fun and addictive. Come try this 30-minute class and smash your fitness goals!

HATHA YOGA 

The word “Hatha” has two meanings. Hatha is the umbrella word for all physical practices of yoga (asana) and the yoga of opposing energies, ha (sun) and tha (moon). This slower class respects both usages of the word Hatha by using physical practices to find a balance. There is a focus on basic alignment, actions within the poses, mindfulness and listening to your own body. The class is well-rounded and focuses on the mind-body connection to build strength and flexibility in the body and mind. A great class for beginners to build a solid foundation and for experienced practioners to refine their practice and knowledge.

BAR FUSION

An upbeat and fast-moving class that is inspired by dance and uses the wall or barre for support. Using strength training and cardio to develop your ‘dancer’s body’ of long-lean muscle while improving your balance, flexibility, and range of motion. The new movements will keep your body guessing and you coming back for more.

BOLLYWOOD BURN 1/2/3

An upbeat and fast-moving class that is inspired by dance and uses the wall or barre for support. Using strength training and cardio to develop your ‘dancer’s’ body of long-lean muscle while improving your balance, flexibility, and range of motion. The new movements will keep your body guessing and you coming back for more.

BOOTCAMP  1/2/3

A dynamic class filled with strength training and cardio. Your body will benefit from a challenging variety of exercises that will tone and shape your “summer” body. This class is not heated but it is still very warm. Get ready to kick your bootcamp up a notch!!

CANDLELIGHT HOT YOGA DEEP STRETCH AND RELAXATION LEVEL 1/2/3

Enjoy a class in a candlelight room with poses that help relieve the effects of chronic stress in several ways. This sequence is designed to release tension through deep stretch postures and relaxing sequences. You will leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. This class is open for all levels and abilities but is also a great first introduction to the studio. Please arrive to class 10 minutes early and don’t forget your mat, towel, and plenty of water!

HOT ABSOLUTLY BURNING BUTTS 1/2/3

This  class focuses on the abs and butt through a variety of strength-training and body-weight exercises that take elements from a variety of fitness styles. This class is open to all levels. Please arrive to class 10 minutes early and don’t forget your mat, towel, and plenty of water!

HOT BAR FLOW 1/2/3

HOT FAST AND FURIOUS FUSION 2/3

This class is an intense blend of cardio and strength-training routines that take elements from many fitness styles. This class may include light weights and other equipment and is open to all levels and abilities. Please arrive to class 10 minutes early and don’t forget your mat, towel, and plenty of water!

HOT POWER CORE LEVEL 1/2/3

Build strength and boost your cardiovascular endurance all while toning the muscles of the core during this intense class. This class is open to all levels. Please make sure to arrive 10 minutes early and don’t forget your mat, towel, and plenty of water!

HOT POWER YOGA 1/2/3

This class is open for all levels and uses dynamic, strong yoga sequences that will get your heart pumping and help you connect with your inner power. This class will challenge you physically, mentally and spiritually. The poses are held for longer and there will often be inversions and/or arm balances included. Leave feeling invigorated, empowered and energized!

HOT YOGA DEEP STRETCH & RELAXATION WITH RAD ROLLER 1/2

Enjoy a class with gentle movements, deep stretching and myo-fascia release. In this class we use RAD roller tools to release tension and tightness and compliment that with holding stretches for the entire body. Leave feel balanced and like you have just had a massage. Get ready to relax….

HOT YOGA FREEDOM FLOW 1/2/3

In this class, we intergrate poses with sun salutations so that we can continue to work on our strenght while improving your flow. Like a moving meditation, we combine rhythmic breathing with flowing movement.

HOT YOGA RISE AND SHINE FOR A GREAT DAY LEVEL 1/2/3

Begin your day with an energizing flow sequence incorporating postures that will help you to start your day off on the right foot. You will leave this class feeling ready to tackle whatever is thrown in your path! This class is open for all levels and abilities. Please arrive to class 10 minutes early and don’t forget your mat, towel, and plenty of water!

HOT YOGA YANG & YIN 1/2/3

Start this energizing class with a dynamic Yang practice for the first part of the class and then mix it up with a beautiful deep stretch Yin style practice, and finish off with a wonderfully relaxing Savasana. This class is sure to have you feeling energized yet calm, invigorated yet relaxed. This practice is open to all levels. Please arrive to class 10 minutes early and don’t forget your mat, towel, and plenty of water!

REDUCED HEAT BEGINNERS & BEYOND1/2

This beginner’s class will strengthen, tone and relax your entire body. This gentle class is ideal for beginners, allowing you to focus on your alignment and breath. We will offer modifications to help you get into the pose more easily. As there is reduced heat, this is a great way to ease yourself into the heated yoga experience. This class will leave you rejuvenated while learning the fundamentals of yoga.

ZUMBA

Latin inspired dance-style fitness class. Come burn calories while having fun and there is no need for previous dance experience! This class is not heated.
